Snorlax Sprite modified !!!

Snorlax Sprite modified !!!

Just as how the previous update, messed up Pikachu’s gender. This update is messing up with Snorlax’s color scheme. Members of the Pokemon Go community were quick to play spot the difference in the Pokemon summary screen.

Now the adorable Snorlax has gotten, white feet instead of an earthy brown color. Maybe Snorlax just finally gave up and took a shower. That just helped in getting some dirt off its feet. Or is Niantic messing things up again just like how they did it for Pikachu?

I thought that Niantic changed the genders of Pikachu, in the previous update just to test if the alternative forms that were teased in the code were working or not. Well, this is slightly ambiguous news. In the original main series games, shiny Snorlax has a blueish tint and not white feet.
After updateBefore updateSnorlax’s normal form and shiny form have identical feet color, minus the paw padding portion. Shiny Snorlax has blue-tinted fur vs. the normal teal, that’s the only difference.
Raichu’s change was from the female model to male model because all Pikachu models in GO are male-based. Made no sense for a male sprite Pikachu to evolve into a female sprite Raichu.
Actually, Niantic had to have put in white feet right from the beginning. As that’s how it was supposed to look like. Maybe this comes under the “Minor Text Fixes” update. No one knows.
Have you guys noticed this change yet, what do you think about this new minor text fix?
